Driving 4 Change
The Driving 4 Change scheme was launched in 2012 by the Association of Chief Police Officers under the National Driver Offender Retraining Scheme (NDORS) and was introduced to give the Police discretion to offer drivers who commit certain road traffic offences the opportunity to attend a course as an alternative to prosecution or the Fixed Penalty system of a fine and penalty points.
The Driving 4 Change course aims to raise a driver’s awareness of their individual driving performance and driving style, which led to the incident which brought the driver to the Police’s attention.
Driving 4 Change is currently a pilot scheme and is therefore only available in certain police authority areas.
To book a Driving 4 Change course please telephone 0845 270 4363.
