Experience in a contact centre would be useful, but more important is a confident and warm personality with the ability to build rapport and provide excellent customer service.
In these roles, you will be largely based on the telephone; receiving incoming calls to assist our clients with their needs. In addition, you will be required to process all administration for the calls handled and any postal enquiries allocated to you.
- This is a telephone based role so having an excellent telephone manner is essential

If you believe you have the right attitude to deliver an outstanding customer experience for our clients, we have the training and support to provide you with the necessary skills which has gained us the title of Investors in People Gold.
We have a variety of shift patterns to suit individual needs, including Saturday hours.
Salary: £18,000 per annum including performance related bonus.
Training: Minimum two week Induction programme and an allocated mentor. All our Client Advisors are trained to NVQ level 2 in Customer Service.
