TTC Group is delighted to announce the appointment of Matthew Bayfield, an expert in growing data and technology businesses, as Chair.

Matthew brings over 25 years’ experience as a chair, non-executive director and CEO, specialising in transforming and scaling businesses with under-exploited data assets. As CEO of Parity Group plc he led a three-year turnaround that moved the business from a traditional recruitment model to a technology delivery platform. He is also Non-Exec Chairman of ENL Group, a non-executive director of Marketpoint Group and a founding partner of Applied Emotions, which helps organisations align their people and AI technologies with human values.
