Kate joined TTC Group in 2025, bringing extensive experience in leading large-scale business transformation, strategic change and people programmes. Having started her career at Lloyds Banking Group, Kate developed a strong foundation in delivering complex business and people transformation initiatives within large organisations.

Prior to joining TTC Group, Kate held the role of Director of Strategic Projects and Product Portfolio Owner at Babington, where she played a pivotal role in leading acquisition integrations, driving business transformation and overseeing strategic change and product development.

As Chief of Staff at TTC Group, Kate oversees Group Transformation, the Project Management Office (PMO), M&A integration and the People function, ensuring strategic priorities are translated into effective delivery, businesses are successfully integrated, and our people and organisational capabilities evolve alongside the Group’s growth.

Combining extensive transformation and change leadership experience with a strong understanding of the learning and education sector, Kate plays a key role in aligning our businesses, people and processes, building the foundations for sustainable growth and long-term success.
